The International Liaison Group on Tobacco or Health (ILGTH) which is responsible for selecting the venue of the World Conference on Tobacco or Health is now launching the bidding process for the World Conference on Tobacco or Health 2018 to be held in Africa.

The bidding document can be requested from the Permanent Secretariat or downloaded here 

Final formal bids for the WCTOH 2018 should be received by 15 December, 2014

The most competitive bidding organizations/venues will be notified by 15 February, 2015 and asked to present their bid (at the bidders own cost) to the ILGTH Committee in Abu Dhabi on 17 March, 2015 where the final decision will be made. All bidding documents (3 copies) should be addressed to:
