About the Eastern Mediterranean NCD Alliance
EM-NCDA unites over 50 civil society organisations (CSOs) in more than 20 countries in the Eastern Mediterranean Region, working together by promoting NCD prevention and control as an integral part of the national health and development agendas.
EM-NCDA works primarily at the national and regional levels, EMNCDA’s mission is to take an integrated, population health approach to influence policies and practices that will help prevent NCDs.
EM-NCDA has three inter-related functions: advocacy, capacity building and mobilising knowledge for action.
