Request for Proposals - NCD Alliance Website Redevelopment

The NCD Alliance (NCDA) is accepting tenders in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) in order to find a qualified Drupal developer to produce our new organisation website in Drupal 10. With this website we aim to offer our users a more dynamic and immersive user experience through a platform that illustrates the global response to noncommunicable diseases through up-to-date data, storytelling, cases of success, and giving a voice to people with lived experience. 
Bidders intent on submitting a proposal should notify us no later than 15 November 2023. We will select top bidders/notify unsuccessful bidders on 24 November.

NCD Alliance Strategic Review 

Contract type: Consultant

Contract duration: The review should commence at the start of November and should aim to complete by the end of December 2023 (with possibility to extend into January if needed). A draft of the final report should be provided for review and approval in mid-January 2024. 

Reporting to: Director of Partnerships and Membership 

Start date: As soon as possible

Location: Work from home; Europe based but can be flexible.

NCDA is seeking a consultant to deliver a mid-point review of NCDA's progress in delivering its 2021-2026 Strategy. The purpose is to assess and understand the progress NCDA has made in implementing its strategy to date. NCDA's Board and Senior Management Team (SMT) will use the findings and recommendations to inform the operationalisation of the strategy during the second half of the strategy period, and any adjustments or changes required.
