The Heart Foundation of Jamaica

The Heart Foundation of Jamaica is aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles that can help to prevent cardiovascular disease through health education, health promotion, and providing accessible and affordable screening and treatment.

This in turn, will help to reduce morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular disease (CVD) resulting in a better quality of life among Jamaicans. The mission of the HFJ continues to be the compass that drives their efforts for more than 50 years!
