Les troubles mentaux, neurologiques et liés à la consommation de substances psychoactives constituent un problème de santé publique majeur avec de graves conséquences économiques et sanitaires pour l'ensemble de la société. Les gouvernements doivent de toute urgence investir prioritairement dans leur traitement et leur prévention. C'est un investissement qui promet d'être très rentable - sur le plan économique, pour notre santé, et pour la préparation et la résilience aux pandémies.
