High-level interactive dialogue on the social, economic and environmental determinants of health

This is a statement was published in the context of the High-level interactive dialogue on the social, economic and environmental determinants of health on behalf of UICC and supported by NCD Alliance.

As we prepare for the UN High-Level Meeting on NCDs and Mental Health, both organisations call on Member States to ensure today's Dialogue informs a bold and actionable Political Declaration in September, by committing to address the commercial determinants of health, advance fiscal policy coherence, tackle air pollution and its main driver, fossil fuels, and adopt a health-in-all-policies approach.
