Rosalind Turkie is an international consultant specialising in global health, access to medicines and human rights. She has worked with several international NGOs and WHO on health equity, access to medicines, intellectual property and the promotion of healthy, sustainable diets. She has also conducted research on human rights-based, legal frameworks to regulate the commercial determinants of health and to combat the rising prevalence of nutrition-related NCDs. She joined the NCD Alliance Policy and Advocacy team in May 2024 to support the Care agenda, where she focuses on topics such as health system strengthening, health care workforce, access to medicines and UHC.
