Elena has a background in global health, with experience across multilateral organisations and academia supporting health systems strengthening and evidence-informed programme design and implementation. She holds an MSPH in Health Systems from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA in Global Health and Social Medicine from King’s College London. She is particularly interested in the social and structural determinants of health and in supporting more holistic, people-centered approaches to NCD prevention and response.
