The Academy of Dentistry International (ADI) is the international honour society for dentists dedicated to serving the dental health needs and improving the quality of life of people worldwide. Oral diseases share common risk factors with other NCDs. With sound advocacy for all NCDs, the global burden of oral diseases can be reduced with ultimate benefit to improving overall health, especially among disadvantaged and under-served communities worldwide.

About ADI

The Academy of Dentistry International is the concept of Albert Wasserman, DDS, of San Mateo, California, U.S.A. This transnational organisation is devoted to the advancement of dentistry throughout the world and to the elevation of dental standards by continuing education.

Along with the sponsorship of dental education, research and patient care projects, this Academy directly aids in the improvement of the dental and oral health and well-being of people worldwide.

ADI's work on NCDs
