Policy and Advocacy Officer

We are looking for a short-term contract Policy and Advocacy Officer to support with a number of key areas of work to support the delivery of our advocacy up to the UN High-Level Meeting on NCDs and Mental Health (HLM4), and to help us develop our policy and plans for follow-up on the outcomes and towards 2026.  
 
This role provides an excellent opportunity for a policy and advocacy professional to rapidly develop a range of experience in a fast-moving environment, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and a spectrum of global health policy issues.

External Consultant - Procurement Policy Review and Development

We are looking for an external consultant to support in the review, development and drafting of our official procurement policy and related procedures. 

The NCD Alliance (NCDA) is a global civil society network committed to advancing the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) worldwide. As part of our commitment to strengthening governance and operational excellence, NCDA is enhancing its internal controls by developing robust procurement policies and procedures. This policy aims to ensure transparency, cost-effectiveness, and ethical sourcing with our procurement processes, in full alignment with EU sanctions and best practices.
