National and regional NCD alliances based in low- and middle-income countries and SIDS that are full members of the NCD Alliance are invited to attend the 2024 Global NCD Alliance Forum by receiving two free registrations and two travel grants.
Please submit the contact details of the two individuals who will be attending the 2024 Global NCD Alliance Forum on behalf of your alliance. To encourage coalition building within and among alliances, we request the two nominated representatives to be from different organisations. One should be a decision maker part of the alliance's governing body. We encourage you to consider nominating a youth or lived experience advocate as part of the two alliance representatives attending the Forum. For regional NCD alliances, representatives are requested to be from different countries. If you will only have one participant attending, please complete this form for one individual.
Please note, if your alliance has not yet renewed their 2024 membership, we ask that you kindly complete the renewal before the nomination deadline. This will ensure your alliance’s eligibility to receive two free registrations and two travel grants. Travel grants will be available on a first come, first serve basis and will include return economy flights to Kigali, hotel accommodation and ground transportation in Kigali to/from airport.
