NCD Alliance partnered with the Forum of International Respiratory Societies to publish a policy brief on the impact of air pollution on human health. Based on strong scientific evidence, this publication highlights the urgent need for decisive action across all sectors to ensure clean air.

NCDA members meeting at the General Assembly in Geneva elected Australian advocate and civil society leader Todd Harper, as the incoming President to lead the organisation during the next two years. The Board of Directors was also partially renewed, comprising an outstanding group of individuals from a range of backgrounds, areas of expertise across the NCD field, and geographies.

ACT Health Promotion recently launched the Civil Society NCD Status Report for Brazil. It makes recommendations and track progress against the national action plan to tackle NCDs in the country.
