The Global Health Forum in Taiwan, previously known as the Taiwan Health Forum, is the leading public health conference annually held by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2005, featuring experts, officials and leaders worldwide in the fields of public health, medicine and academia.
For 2016, the theme has been set as “Towards 2030: a Global Health Agenda”, exploring and discussing the newly proposed Sustainable Development Goals. The Forum will convene leaders from the worlds of research, policy, and practice participate in a series of thematic discussions based on the United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030, working to find and share evidence-based, solutions to the challenges that beset our world. The expected audience will include stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, public health experts, government representatives and members of the academia.
