Realizing Gender Equality: Addressing NCDs, Disabilities and Discrimination

NCDs are the leading cause of mortality worldwide, and the number one cause of death among women. On the margins of the 59th Session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW59), the Permanent Missions of the Caribbean Community to the United Nations (CARICOM), the NCD Alliance, and Arogya World will hold a panel discussion on realizing gender equality and improving health outcomes in the post-2015 era.

The panel will be held on 16 March, 16:45-18:00, in Conference Room 11, UN Headquarters, New York.
