ADI wants to hear what YOU think about dementia

23rd April 2019

Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) has commissioned the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to carry out the world’s largest survey on people’s attitudes around dementia. Results of the survey will form the basis for the next World Alzheimer Report, to be released during World Alzheimer Month in September 2019.

Stigma remains the single largest and most pervasive barrier facing the dementia community – but with your help, this survey can be a first step in tackling it.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is available in multiple languages. The questions are predominantly multiple choice and targeted to four key sociodemographic groups:

  • The general public
  • Health and care professionals
  • People living with dementia
  • Carers of people living with dementia

The survey takes only a few minutes of your time but completing it will benefit people living with dementia and their families around the world:

ADI wants this to be the world’s biggest survey on attitudes around dementia, we invite all our supporters to participate and help spread the word by sharing this link www.alz.co.uk/research/world-report-2019 via email and social media to anyone who may have an interest.

The survey will be available from 15 April to 14 June 2019.
