NCD Policy and Advocacy Officer 

Vital Strategies (VS) and the NCD Alliance are hiring an NCD Policy and Advocacy Officer to support the respective organizations in global NCD advocacy and policy, with a particular focus on United Nations related activities in New York. 

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in working for respected civil society organisations, engaging with multilateral institutions and governments, on priority global health and development issues in preparation for the third United Nations High-Level Meeting on Noncommunicable diseases (NCDs).

The NCD Policy and Advocacy Officer will share their time in equal part between Vital Strategies and NCDA.

FIRS Communications Officer

FIRS seeks a Communications Officer to work closely with the executive director, administrative assistant, webmaster, communications teams from each member organization, and communications persons from partnering organisations. Related responsibilities include promoting FIRS as an organisation as well as its major policy initiatives (such as World Lung Day), coordinating communications, and its member organisations’ activities. The position is full time.
