The Seed Programme training module on Financial Management and Sustainability is a broad continuation of the Financial Management training which was delivered as part of the Seed Programme training in 2020 and will address topics such as key elements of financial controls and use of procedures, building financial management capacity with controls, strategic financial management and strengthening financial management capacity.
This joint training provided an overview of the key global and regional decision-making mechanisms/spaces relevant to the NCD agenda within the WHO and the wider UN system and how they translate into advocacy at the regional and country levels. The training also provided a summary of the latest developments in the NCDs agendas within the decision-making bodies of the WHO and the UN, to enable participants to easily synthesise relevant information on key decisions and resolutions, as well as progress on relevant agenda items.
