This document contains our detailed comments and inputs on the Zero Draft of the Political Declaration for the Fourth High-level Meeting of the General Assembly on the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) and the Promotion of Mental Health and Well-being. 

These inputs are intended to enhance the political declaration’s clarity, relevance, and ambition, ultimately supporting stronger, more inclusive global action on NCDs and mental health.
