Webinar: Oral Health and NCDs: How to collaborate and find common ground for better health outcomes

    Webinars

Oral health and noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) do not exist in isolation. It is widely acknowledged that oral diseases and other NCDs are closely linked and share modifiable common risk factors, including unhealthy diets high in sugar, tobacco use and alcohol consumption. No country can end the NCD epidemic unless it effectively addresses oral health. Integrated rather than disease-specific responses are therefore needed in order to effectively address the NCD burden. This webinar co-hosted by FDI World Dental Federation and NCD Alliance will focus on how the oral health and broader NCD community can accomplish their common goals by working together.
