    The 16th World Conference on Tobacco or Health  concluded on Saturday in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The conference declaration highlights that 60 countries include and implement tobacco control in all national health and development plans including NCD action plans and UN Development Assistance Frameworks.
