NCDA’s General Assembly and candidates for 2021-2023 Board
12th April 2021
12th April 2021
As defined by its constitution the NCDA convenes every two years a meeting of the General Assembly, its supreme governing body, through which NCDA full and founding members elect the NCDA President and Board of Directors, and have a say in our global strategy and activities.
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the NCDA and provides members with a unique opportunity to shape NCDA’s leadership and strategic direction for the coming years. Full and Founding members are invited to attend as voting members, and Associate members are invited to attend as observers. The General Assembly is taking place virtually for the first time, given the ongoing global COVID-19 pandemic.
At the General Assembly meeting, members will have the opportunity to receive updates and provide input into NCDA’s work. Members will be presented with a business performance overview, a review of the past two years since the last General Assembly, and insight into the future strategy and ambitions of NCDA for 2021-2026.
Founding and Full members will also elect the President, President-Elect and Board of Directors for the term 2021-2023, and will approve the activity report and financial accounts.
The NCDA Candidate Profile Booklet includes the bios of all candidates and a statement with their motivation and relevance of their candidacy to help inform NCDA's member's decision in the election process.
You may find the provisional agenda and more information about the General Assembly meeting at any time on ‘My NCDA Hub’, a restricted area on our website for NCDA members, where you can also register for the General Assembly.
