The Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is a global health research and policy institution committed to improving health and reducing health inequities worldwide. Its multidisciplinary approach includes high-impact programmes such as Environment and Health over the Lifecourse, which investigates environmental and social drivers of NCDs across all stages of life. Within this framework, the Public Health Liver Group focuses on tackling chronic liver diseases as part of the global NCD response.
