Uniting national and regional stakeholders to ensure high level commitment to UHC

A Forum was held right after UHC Day 2018 (12 Dec) in Dubai, UAE gathering national and regional stakeholders to unify efforts towards UHC in the context of SDGs, highlighting the need to improve prevention and early detection of NCDs and to transform health insurance systems to ensure continuity of care.

NCD Global Forum for Civil Society to hear patients' perspectives on Japan legislation

Nigeria takes multisectoral action against NCDs

In December 2018, the MoH of Nigeria convened a meeting in Abuja to raise support for the Multisectoral Action Plan on NCDs, followed closely by the NCD Alliance Nigeria who has advocated for NCDs in the past two years and has provided technical input with other CSOs.
