Children must be part of any solution when looking at the threat to global health posed by NCDs, and to ensure that they are not overlooked the NCD Alliance has launched 'A Focus on Children and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)'.

Prepared by the Child-focused Working Group of the NCD Alliance, this position paper is addressed to the representatives of UN Member States and all others participating in the UN Summit on Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), being held at UN Headquarters in New York in September 2011.
