Online consultation to build the Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs

This online survey was designed to better understand the daily impact of noncommunicable diseases on people’s lives and their recommendations for decision makers.

The insights collected through this survey helped to shape the Advocacy Agenda of People Living with Noncommunicable Diseases. This Agenda, launched in 2017, will be presented to decision makers from across the world, including at the 2018 United Nations High-level Meeting on NCDs, so that noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) become a priority everywhere.

As part of the Our Views, Our Voices consultation process between July and September 2017, which led to the creation of the Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs, 958 people living with NCDs responded to an online survey exploring challenges and recommendations.
