Africa Regional Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs
The Africa Regional Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs is a strategic advocacy tool designed to guide and support efforts to improve NCD prevention and control at regional, national, and community levels.
Developed by 238 people living with NCDs through the Africa NCD Network (ANN) in partnership with the NCD Alliance, the Agenda builds on the Our Views, Our Voices initiative to promote meaningful involvement in decision-making processes. It serves as a vital reference for civil society, NCD Alliances, and people living with NCDs to engage key decision-makers and urge action on global NCD targets. With the principle of “Nothing about us without us,” this Agenda empowers advocates to tailor their approach based on local, national, regional, and global advocacy opportunities, ensuring that people living with NCDs are at the center of health policies and responses.
