EB158 Individual Statement: Reform of the Global Health Architecture and the UN80 Initiative

Declines in official development assistance (ODA) and growing geopolitical strain are placing pressure on the global health architecture. Multiple reform initiatives are underway across a range of actors and forums, and without stronger alignment, this fragmentation risks undermining coherence and effective engagement for Member States and partners.
