This is the NCD Alliance's statement for the Interactive Multi-Stakeholder Hearing for the 2026 High-level Meeting on HIV/AIDS that took place on 14 May 2026. The statement was delivered by Daniel Koch, who called in his address for rights-based, gender-responsive, integrated and person-centred health services that reduce stigma, exclusion, and inequities.
