Participating Seed NCD alliances

The NCDA’s Advocacy Institute Seed Programme promotes and supports coalition building at national and regional levels, and establishes the foundations for effective NCD advocacy.

We have partnered with emerging NCD alliances and civil society organisations in selected geographies on the basis of their convening power, advocacy experience, project management skills, and potential for impact.

Seed Programme first phase 2017-2019: Nine emerging national NCD alliances were selected to join the three-year programme, of which six were formed during the programme. Read more about each of our country partners below:

Second phase of Seed Programme (starting 2020): Four emerging alliances are supported to strengthen their coalitions (Ivory Coast, Malawi, Malaysia and the African NCDs Network – regional alliance), and one country is supported in the formation of a new alliance (Senegal).
