A rich variety of sessions, including pre-conferences, high-level plenaries, and interactive gatherings in the Community Zone, await delegates to the 4th Global NCD Alliance (NCDA) Forum in Rwanda, 13-15 February. The Forum will welcome over 700 delegates from 66 countries, representing a truly multisectoral audience spanning governments, multilateral organisations, academia, the private sector, and civil society.
As defined by its constitution the NCD Alliance convenes every two years a meeting of the General Assembly. The next General Assembly meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday 6 May 2025, where NCDA Associate members will elect the Board of Directors for the term 2025-2027 from a shortlist of candidates.

The 2024 WHO Regional Committee Meetings (RCMs) happening from August to October this year, provided a crucial stage for NCD advocacy, bringing together alliances across regions to champion noncommunicable disease (NCD) priorities. These meetings are not just technical discussions — they are platforms for regional advocacy, providing an entry point for civil society advocates to engage with key stakeholders, strengthen partnerships, gather intelligence and strategically influence health agendas ahead of the 2025 UN High-Level Meeting (HLM) on NCDs.
