James is a mental health and health financing advocate, and the Deputy CEO at United for Global Mental Health. Prior to joining United for Global Mental Health, James led Save the Children’s global health financing policy and advocacy, established Transparency International’s health sector anti-corruption programme and worked in public financial management and governance at Crown Agents. James began his career working on vaccine surveillance with The World Health Organisation and has worked across sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
